Hey, I'm Jess!

Mighty Mom was founded in 2020 by CEO Jessica Sennet, a passionate entrepreneur and mother of two. While on her own parenthood journey, Jessica noticed a serious lack of information and support for moving your body while pregnant and after pregnancy. It turns out she wasn’t alone. Mighty Mom has since grown into one of the largest pre- and post-natal fitness brands in Canada, with the goal of helping as many moms and parents as possible.

At Mighty Mom, we blend expert training with personal insight to create unique prenatal and postpartum workouts. Our programs tackle the issues that really resonate with parents including core dysfunction, pelvic pain, diastasis recti, postpartum depression, and more. We meet the demand for safe, effective tailored programs with an approach that emphasizes realistic goals, challenging workouts, and supportive community celebrating strength in motherhood.

Mighty Mom Must-Knows

Mighty Mom seeks franchisees who embody our culture and mission, with a genuine enthusiasm for connecting with clients, building community, and personal/professional growth. Franchisees should already hold a Personal Training Certification from a reputable organization or be willing to complete one by the end of their Mighty Mom Training period. Every Mighty Mom coach is a knowledgeable fitness professional, and we recommend pursuing additional Prenatal and Postpartum education credentials as we pride ourselves on being industry leaders.
Yes! We offer franchisees exclusive territories covering 50,000 to 100,000 population (defined by major intersections or postal codes) or a 5-km radius based on market research and census data to ensure ample opportunity.
Prospective franchisees should have a minimum of $20,000 in investment funding to account for working capital, start-up costs, and the initial franchise fee to get their location off the ground.
